I dont mind Shatt if he comes in @ 6.5-7. Kulikov and Franson equal about that amount and are gone. Works for me. If he doesn't sign here, hopefully we drove up the price for others.

Phi has had a great off season so far. I dislike the Pflyers, but impressed.

I truly hope Jack doesn't think he is worth 10M yet. I know we have top sign him, but yuck. Also hamstrings the team for other moves..which he hinted at last year (unhappy with supporting cast)

Yeah I remember driving it years ago.
Last year I took the same route and it was about 90% construction, or felt like it.
This year was only at about 20% construction.

Cops were bad late at night. Pulling over damn near everyone that looked like they were heading to Electric Forest.

It's always been July 1st at noon. They've been able to negotiate with guys. Nothing can be announced officially until tomorrow after 12 though. Not sure where the 7th comes into play here.
