The performance bonuses can vary depending on where a player gets picked. But they're usually based on G/A/P/Ice Time/Games played/accolades. There was a breakdown for Auston Matthews here:

Either way, CapFriendly notes the max potential, not what they will actually earn. I think it is highly unlikely that all the rookies the Flyers have will come to fruition. As for when it hits, it comes at the end of the season, and anything that can't fit has to roll over to the following season. So the Flyers could trade away some guys at the deadline to clear up space if they are near the cap. Tampa Bay did that this season, essentially refusing to take back salary in trades so the bonuses didn't roll over to next year. Flyers situation is less dire anyway, so they can probably roll it over if they need to.

However, not putting AMac in LHV makes up the 4 million I requested, which is what I think will happen. So if they don't sign Williams and cheap out on a goalie, you are talking lots of cap space

leaving work now...but I will say that Frost and Strome are towards the bottom. I also started to see the potential in Patrick. I preferred Nico at first, but I think Patrick hasnt reached prime hotness yet.

No it isn't. I'll just say that I have been torched at still had tons of fun. If you really have no chance it isn't bad. If you play like poop and get torched then yeah it sucks ass

Nico will age like a former boy band member, but Patrick will grow into his Eddie Bauer model looks. I do feel Nico is closer to peaking. The cuter ones tend to do so early. Once he gains a bit of ruggedness, maybe some stubble, the sky is the limit for Patrick. He has a masculinity potential Nico can't reach. As for my ranking, which is indisputable:

1) Patrick
2) Ratcliffe
3) Lycksell
4) Kalynuk (tough ranking as a 20 year old with more time to mature....awkward younger photos but you can clearly see in recent ones he has cleaned up nicely)
5) Sushko
6) Ustimenko
7) Cates (AKA Mike Wheeler from Stranger Things.....another tough one given he has some OK photos and some really bad ones....potential to be a slight riser as he matures in appearance and style. Flow work will be essential, as will keeping his mouth closed when he smiles)
8) Frost (to his credit, he looks better when in hockey gear, to hide the ears and iffy hair)
∞) Strome (really nice, happy kid in his interviews, so he will have to depend on that)

Who would you personally have interest in if Weal isn't signed and Hextall does dip his toes? I personally wouldn't mind Marleau on a one year deal but A) Doubt he does a one year deal B) bet he only wants to sign with a contender at this point in his career. He'd be a good fill in for Schenn on the PP
