JB might use the 55 for a GT.

Tanev for A Nylander/37OA?
- Nighthawk

Tanevs not going anywhere its a pipe dream, would of though the trade scenarios for him would be done.

Hard to say... maybe he tried at some point... you have to consider all the other teams that passed on the "top 15 player" as well. Maybe it's not a mistake that he went 31.

Disappointed I will get over it. Any thoughts on Jason Robertson . He was a projected first rounder.

Avs will probably take Timmins

I like Ratcliffe too but that was a mistake by Benning when a top 15 player is sitting there and you are four picks away you trade up like St. L did to get Oettinger

Goal tender is a gamble that high and Stars made that trade.....did you see what Blues gave up ....Nucks don't have that.... then Russian comes here doesn't like it and leaves for KHL.

I'd be happy with Robertson at 33.

Robertson is great, better than Ratcliff, surprised he's still available honestly. I'd think JB goes with a D at 33, Hague and Timmons are the obvious choices but JR would be a great choice

You could build a Stanley cup team out of the next player taken after the Canucks picked over the last 8 years.

All they had to do was bring him some perogies and a bowl of borscht and he would still be here

this is a poor draft year, overhyped on this board. JB knows it so I am fine with Peterson and whoever he picks and develop them, no trades isn't a bad thing this year, next year he should be loading picks in a much better draft year.

Him and Kostin are the steal of the draft in my opinion.
