Chad Johnson has always credited that his NHL career was saved by Allaire. So maybe a reunion of him with Hank, based especially on his play last season in Calgary, will work even better this second time around in place of the now well deserved to be #1 Coyotes goalie in Raanta.
In particular for this past season, I will always remember his spectacular saves made in that thrilling OT win in Chicago (I believe 1-0), and his equally good win in Edmonton when Cam Talbot in nets, congratulated him before they both left the ice.

Tom's unhappy that the Devils didn't make any significant move yet. They are likely waiting until the Draft, a la their Schneider acquisition after Tommy's Marty was just about through.

Yes to Shattenkirk now that the Rangers have $$. Hard pass on Oshie. Oshie's year last year was a direct by-product of Backstrom and Ovie. Mostly Backstrom.
