Me either, but the fact they addressed a need with a young player on a cheap contract is nice. I don't care if the kid is a Richard. Not Pete, but the Swedish dman who is supposed to be the next Karlsson seems like a guy the Rags would take. Also a Swedish center who fits the bill as well.

It just seems when drafts are said to be weak that the Rags pick up a foreign guy. Oh, and the Czeck center who's really fast. Add him to the list. I'm like Johnny Most with the names. lol

Let me first say, I want to thank Stepan & Raanta for their services to the Rangers. I wish them nothing but the best. In terms of the draaft, the Rangers will at shot at Mittlesdat, Maker, Petterson, Virlardi or Liljegren. So they personally I'd like than to draft BPA at 7 and then fill a need with 21. Rangers have a real chance to rebuild on the fly, hopefully they nail it here. Because they need it.

Now with the the doom and gloom, because I have to. If this opens up a shot for the Rangers to sign Joe Thornton, I will not root for the Rangers for the duration of Joe Thornton's potential contract. I hate him just as much I as hate Sidney Crosby.

I don't crave for kudos. But when u bring something up a few ppl on here think everything is ridiculous until they're the ones to bring it up, then it's ok to talk about. Obviously what I was saying wasn't that ridiculous, up until about 6 months ago trading Stepan was the most ridiculous suggestion anyone has ever come up with.

You crave for being "a clown". Again, it was not Stepan that was bad here. It was his contract and his NTC beginning on July 1st, 2017 (& not 6 months ago on January 1st, when he was an important player here), which wanted fans to trade him prior to it kicking in. But yes, I know you said 6,500,000 times here that we could have dealt him last summer for ........... (sorry, all other members, I will stop there).

There will never be another Karlsson. Not a shot at you, but it's just a fact. Karlsson is the closest thing I've seen to Bourque and Bourque was better.
