WTF? Thats not even part of the argument. Rutherford hasn't been there that long anyway, but the dude deserve credit for getting that team to where they are...

Reaves is a clown, but that's not a poopty enough move to overcome Rutherford's moves to add numerous excellent roleplayer, replace the coach, find diamons in the rough and/or rape other Gms, all leading to 2 straight Cups for them.
