Barb - please! A skilled d-man that was expected to be a top 3 pick before the season started and he got mono. One of the best skaters in the draft, excellent first pass, quick release. Right handed defenseman, 6' tall - so not a midget. Solid pick. Rated number 6 by central scouting even after a sh!tty year. Now we can trade for a thumper like Manson. Can't believe some of the questionable picks, Buffalo? Hurricanes? WOW!

For sure. Amazing that nhl scouts let a guy fall so far when he has a big injury or an infection or something during their draft year. It's not like his skill from the year before that got you all excited disappeared or something...idiots! Worked out for us though!
