Or Timothy Liljegren he continues to fall - ob18
Falling for a reason though. I thought hockeyprospect was too high on him but that's just my opinion. He'll go soon though I'm sure.
If we trade a 3rd+our 2nd, I think we can get to 35. Getting to 25-30 though, I'm not sure what asset we would be willing to move to get there. Maybe if we had another 2nd, but we don't. Not sure who they would target there either. Have to be real high on someone. |

I'd be fine with this year's 2nd and next year's 2nd. Hell, I'd throw in another pick too if it's for Yamamoto |

The Purple Rain remaster finally came out today. Great stuff - hereticpride
Love that album!
I saw Prince with Morris Day and the Time at the WFC in 2004 for the Musicology tour and it was also the 20th anniversary of Purple Rain. Great show that night! |

We did it!!!!
Thrilled about this pick. A big right handed center that can skate. His hockey sense is elite which makes him even faster. I love this pick for all the wings we are drafting lately |

Correct me if I'm wrong, but they won a Stanley Cup or two on his watch, no? - johndewar
Pre cap the Red Wings won three. After the wings have won one but it was scrapped from the pre cap era. Ask yourself how old Datsyuk and Zetterberg were and what their contracts were worth coming out of the 04-05 lockout. The Detroit Red Wings were unable to sign and impact UFA between signing Marian Hossa and Mike Green. Believe me, they were very much pushing for UFAs between this time (Sutter and Praise). Ken Holland has also bee too loyal to aging players. Dan Cleary still has a job as we speak. |

With G Patrick Coots and not to mention Vecchione/Laughton would it make any sense to move Rubstov and draft a winger here. |

Unparalleled in my eyes as a performer.
Also, seeing Morris Day and the Time that night was fantastic. Morris Day is proof not all heroes wear capes. |

Rubtsov plays wing too and Giroux is turning 30. Why? I'd rather have Rubtsov than Tolvanen 10/10, if that's who you're alluding to |

Agreed.
When has this franchise ever had spare forwards in the system where we were just like "let's trade somebody"?
If Rubstov makes it, a competent GM will find room. |
