Not happening. First of all, Fleury was brought in to be face of inaugural franchise and he isn't going to be traded now (to the Flyers or anyone else). Secondly, Flyers have more reasonable options for a short-term goalie tandem. Lastly, if Flyers deal the second pickx it would take a package of assets above and beyond what I suspect Vegas or any team would want to offer. From Vegas, I'd want both the number 6 and their 2018 first-rounder with no lottery protection rather than their three first rounders this year.
