i'm a big fan of moving down when you picking in the 11-30 range, and picking up an extra pick or 2 in the 30-75 range.

taking a chance on Kulikov at reasonable $ amount makes sense, but I'd stay away from Alzner... due to mobility issues.

I think you are better off targeting a guy like Braden McNabb then having to lock into a guy like Alzner for $$$ and term.
