I've laid out my case for accepting the Strome trade so there's not much else I can say on that. Hold me to it throughout the year if it comes to that. I've done what due diligence I could and see enough justification for the move. Now, onto other things.
The mother(frank)ing draft it tomorrow!
If the Oilers stay at pick 22, I'm hoping for one of Andersson, Brannstrom, Thomas, Norris or Lind (a bit of a reach).
I think this draft of any of them would be a good choice to trade down. Ifthey trade down and acquire two 2nds (like Benning seems to be open to), then I'd be looking for one Dman and one forward. For Dmen, one of Jokiharju, Joseph or maybe Rasanen and one of Lind, Anderson-Dolan, Robertson or Boqvist.
Plenty of potential late-round steals, too. |

Remember when most people thought Hall for Larsson was bad. Yeah that worked out well.
Lets just wait and see. Chiarelli obviously has a plan, he wouldn't be trading a RW with our depth at that position. Just wait. |

Sorry, but Chia will trade that pick to Snow for Hickey and a 4th rounder in 2021. |

He's gotta start somewhere ridik. As do we probably( like 7.5 or something )
But he'll get what he wants. You don't hardball a dude like him
But hes gotta know the harder it'll be to surround
him. I think he'll take 9-10 |

Chia is probably going to trade that pick for Max Reinhart and Freddie Hamilton he likes strong NHL bloodlines.

You need everyone to repeat last year to just make the playoffs. I doubt Talbot is as good and no way maroon is either. This team is looking for a lot of goals from guys that aren't proven at all - NEONDOUBLEDION
Nailed it Bubba...I doubt the internal improvements will exceed the regressions offensively! |

I heard that having Darnell on the Oilers increased our team's average pee pee length by damn near 1 inch. |

Why?
It would suck if we all just agreed and gave each other hj's all the time
I mean fuk- if pc does in fact sign Russel to 4x4- this place better be fuking angry. Whether you're labeled an apologist or a homer or a hater or whatever the fuk. That's awful
We can all stroke each other and be happy if we ever win a cup.

Darnell is so modest. During last year's penis length competition against Jonah Falcon, Darnell didn't want to embarrass him, so he decided to unroll just enough to pull off the victory.

Now you're sounding like Grandpa Iggy.... most of us have said Chia isn't perfect and has made some awful deals. But you two poophawks don't realize a few things.
1) Just because you think Hall and Eberle had a hightrade value doesn't mean that was the case. This is Ales Hemsky and Sam Gagner all over again.
2) He was able to balance out the roster with depth players something Lowe, Tambellini and Crack-T were never able to do.
3) He is a big part of why this team made the playoffs.
We can thank Crack-T for hiring Eakins and being a major part in landing us McDavid. - Reveen.
1) that is only because Chia gave them away. And not only them. He has sold many assets way below value.
2) no. He came I to a team with vast assts that was already poised to break thorough and they did. He had nothing to do with any of the core
3) again no. This team with McDavid, Klef, Talbot and Drai all having great years did that. Not Chia. So many players had career years. Not one or two but 6+. How many will repeat that?
You are so blind to reality it's not even funny.
