I have a hard time believing the Blackhawks are pulling out of a deal they agreed to weeks ago. Just wouldn't be good for business in the future.

NHL has to evaluate whether it wants to Richard over a franchise again for making a move that was actually legal when it was made.

This hard salary cap (as opposed to a soft cap) is destroying the league. That and garbage officiating in the playoffs.
