I'm in no rush til they r beaten out. Hank is still serviceable but Daniel needs a real solid bounce back to earn another contract. Wing will be the biggest competition.

I'm just kidding. Personally I don't want them extended as it is time to move on from them. I think Danny would be a mistake as we have Dahlen, Goldy, JV(maybe), Boeser, Baerschi pushing for a wing spot better options in UFA, and LE signed for 4 more years(from that point). Hank I could see value in a 1 year deal that leaves us open to trade him at TDL. But i doubt he does that, nor will he likely sign w/o Danny. Plus we could have also traded for other prospects pushing NHL. I like that they say they will wait until after next season to re-assess them. I just hope that they have a bad season so we don't re-sign them.

If there is nobody to replace them, sign them. trade them and give them another shot in the playoffs. It's all about acquiring more assets for me.

we had a tough draw. last team we played beat us 6-4 and they ended up winning the whole thing. small victory. good news was we didn't make the playoffs, so I had Sunday off.

they are still pretty decent players. Ive said it before, they are still using an old and flawed plan of attack used under AV. If Green and Co. are able to identify and change this we will be seeing improved sedins.

What we need to see is more skating in the offensive zone, they are too stationary

That's the issue right there, unless there is a major turn over in personnel there is no one presently on the Canucks that are any better. Baertschi, Goldobin, Megna, Boucher, Grandlund, Eriksson, Boeser, who's taking their spot.

And the constant 14mil you keep bringing up is their signed contract, they are not going anywhere this year. So you can not spend that on another player(s).
