Why are you so angry?

pretty clear what the source of his/her anger is - isn't it?

not so slow slide through mediocrity to total crappiness that is and will be the Canuckleheads for the next ten years.

Many people especially knowledgable Leaf fans would agree with this. It is annoying though, hearing it from a Habs fan, who comes here regularly to swipe a backhanded comment or two on a regular basis on this blog. The truth is though, that you like to dish it out, but don't take it very well. For example, if I were to say to you (and keep in mind that I detest the Sens and while I am not a Habs fan by any stretch, there is no hate) - that Kyle Turris as lousy a first line centre as he is, would be the top centre on the Habs, but would be hard pressed to be a fourth line centre on the Leafs. After the Habs trade Galchenyuk, they wil have the following steaming pile at centre this year

Shaw, Mitchell, Flynn and Plekanec ENJOY!

If Leafs can fleece Habs to get him, would be nice to get him on the team.

And aside from forgetting Danault and possibly (hopefully?) Drouin for potential centres, I don't disagree.

They are a truly poorly run team, much like the Leafs were prior to Shanahan taking over. Make money but doomed to mediocrity or much worse. They will hate Leafs even more once they really start to win. I find it a bit interesting that Leiweke gets zero credit for this, even though he hired Shanahan. Perhaps because he jumped ship as soon as he could.

I like Weber. Thinks he is great. Galy has to be consistent. The mark of a great player in my opinion. If Galy played with the heart of Gallagher... OMG what a player he could become.

It seems likely he will be traded. I might depend on the D-man/pick they would get back? A younger d-man and a bigger centre are probably on the shopping list.

I agree with this, as much as I dislike Gallagher for the way he runs goalies at every opportunity, he has heart. This could be said of alot of players. Think of Van Riemsdyk, with his shot and ability, if he had some grit and tenacity, he might be a perenial all-star.

We have to resolve the lack of talent and speed on defense before we trade away Gardiner. All three of Marincin,Hunwick and Marchenko are pure sh!t, and need not be on the Leafs this year. Besides, Gardiner might be just fine, if paired with a good d-man.

I know you were talking about Galchenyuk. I simply stated that there are many players like Galchenyuk, (I compared Van Riemsdyk) that would be elite if they showed more desire, grit.
