One or two years left at 5m (BOGO, moulsen, gorges) is different than 6-7 years left for Dustin Brown, for instance. Common sense here, plus gmjb is not in the game of given away picks.

They, we, everyone who is in the teens rationalizes that every year and it's not really true. They are all robots and they are the same player, there is no difference in any of them. That is what people who haven't scouted them intensely say.

That's the thing though, they are one of the few teams where he wouldn't be top 3/4 to protect.

Again, my proposal is probably off, but I'd like something like that explored.

Vegas is going To want to get future assets more than decent players right now.

And still can't score at this level

I know, but still you pay that much you're going to want them to play all the minutes. Maybe like when Boston was good it was Chara or Seidenberg on the ice for like 50 minutes.
