I would also think that long ago there would be an established set of Rinks, gyms and food services for any city they enter. It also all likely set up by jbs assistants once the teams schedule is set just before the season. THat way each facility has this information well in advance

Dam rights it should fall on his lap. He chose to keep a majority of the same scouting staff that has been there for years. Ultimately he pulls the trigger. He has the choice on who his staff is and in the end its him who says who his draft picks are.

You might as well just give up, Benning should have traded whatever to draft Matthews, Miller should have been traded straight across for Murray, Sedins should be kicked to the curb and Crosby brought in as a replacement, Tanev should be traded for Karlsson, Tryamkin should have been given 30 minutes a night and then tucked into bed because he might get his feelings hurt.

Oh and Benning is also responsible for Trump pulling out of the Paris Accord, Nashville loosing to Pittsburgh.

Ducks have no 1st & i suspect Wild r not trading it.
NJD might swap picks with LVGK for a D picked up in expansion.
