I would say that Kulak is mildly touted right now. Maybe not to the extent that Gio was, but enough to warrant a story from TSN 
I don't really think Kulak is going to turn into a top pairing guy, but to say he won't be any more than a #5 is kind of premature in my opinion.

Totally....one thing you need to to know is that professional scouts dont ' know' sweet (frank) all ( see:Stefan, YAKupov, Murray, Falloon, etc)....and posters on hB know evn less.
