Also interesting to see that Lehner was protected and not Ulmark. Lots of speculation over the past few days on this thread that Lehner was a dead man walking on the Sabres.

I am still holding out hope that Botterill has a deal in place with Vegas to take one of Moulson or Bogo off our hands. I would like to keep both Carrier and Ulmark. Or maybe they select one of Falk or Fedun if they want an inexpensive d-man.

It's between Ullmark and Carrier for who VGK takes.

I'd go 70 Ullmark/20 Carrier/10 Bogosian. Odds are they are eyeing Ullmark as a potential goalie of the future.
