Welll, Pebs has a new deal and an A. Plus AMac has a huge contract so he must be the best D man .
More minutes for both. Resign VDV 2 big 4 year deal. BLOCK EVERYONE no prospects allowed.

If you hated your co worker and boss and half the people you worked with and got offered a job worth more money (check his financials kd been killing it over in cali salary means little to him) and with tons of people you loved would you go ? Answer is yes. He didn't bolt cause they lost he bolted cause of culture and the people around him. They didn't do everything he wanted Westbrook gone. And he they didn't do it - Tfaehner
You're overthinking it. KD bolted bc he was tired of losing on the big stage and was frightened over the fact that he would never ever catch or compare to Lebron James. He could have won a championship with OKC, but it was almost a guarantee he would win won with GS. So he chose the easy path.
EDIT: salary and finances were clearly weren't a factor as he said this year he'd take a paycut to stay.

Personal favorite growing up. I'll never forget in NBA 95 or 96 he was the only player you couldn't dunk with
I He only went back to Cleveland after the owner agreed to constantly run the highest payroll in the Nba and the title window was closing in miami. - Tfaehner
Bourque went to Colorado because the Bruins' window was closed.

Oh yeah the whole vintage come back wave was great. I actually sold a ton of my old snapbacks from the early 90s for some good coin as side cash in recent years. Logo athletic hats are gems too

KD is soft? Maybe you better sit the next couple plays out champ. Take a timeout the next time a thought starts to creep up into the ol skull there.
KD is the second best player in the league behind Lebron. He isn't soft and he didn't take the easy way out to win a championship. Did you even watch the games? The Cavs played out of their mind. KD stole game 3. And if Tristan Thompson would've gotten his head out of his rear this was a completely different series. Despite the series being over in five games it wasn't easy on the Warriors.
Honestly you sound like a butthurt OKC fan.

What isn't soft about leaving the franchise team that drafted you after reaching the WCF to only blow a 3-1 lead and abandon ship to the team that embarrassed you? Yes, I did watch the games. Never was a KD fan never have been an OKC fan. KD is a chump.

So you're under the illusion that a player owes something to the team that drafts them. Wrong.
The player can do whatever he wants. He doesn't owe the team anything. Teams dispose of players at the drop of a dime for no reason when it benefits them. KD simply exercised his right to go play for whatever team he wants.
As for the soft comment. Just watch him play. He isn't soft.

I have no skin in the game as I really don't like BB at all. But just throwing it out there, didn't people rip LeBron for leaving Cleveland for Miami just like Durant did?
Must be the off season, (frank)ers round here talkin' bout basketball.

It has nothing to do with owing to the team, fans etc. Durant had the choice of either going back to what he built, where he was the main leader, to get revenge on a team they were capable of beating or to sign with a team that arguably had no need for him whatsoever to create one of most ridiculous teams ever. Durant showed how good he is and he could have very well won a title with OKC. He took the easiest way out to win a championship. Ive seen him play plenty lol, nor did i say his play is soft.

Hate basketball, any sport that needs 100 points 2 win? Cheapens the value of the plays and points.
I now find most of the other sports in watchable. Part is that Philly sports haven't had much success. Now I live in S Fla and don't get games other than the Flyers, who I stream.
But there is now so much hockey to watch front NHL.COM, NHL network and YouTube that I don't take time to watch. I want to be entertained and my time is valuable. I don't want to see bad games.
