Why the Cavs though?
- PhillySportsGuy

Actually reading now an article where someone asked LeBron last night how he's going to overcome a bigger superteam than the one he built. His response was I never played for s super team we never did what gs did... really ? They were just better than you at it and drafted it themselves

I don't like LeBron personally. He only went back to Cleveland after the owner agreed to constantly run the highest payroll in the Nba and the title window was closing in miami. The warriors drafted everyone sides KD and you can't blame them for wanting a generational talent. I'd rate kawhi kd and LeBron the only 3 of those in the Nba at the moment. Nobody criticised the spurs when they drafted well for years and added big pieces like aldridge. I enjoyed KD in the post season. They called him a cupcake but he showed out and showed up every game. Blocked LeBron what 7 8 times this series? Hard to do even once. And I love iggy. I'd route for that man to get 15 rings he's a class act.

Weird reason to dislike someone. The first installment of the Lebron Cavs was a poopshow. Mo Williams as your second best player lol. The best thing Lebron could have done for that franchise and city was to leave and come back in 4 years. Gave them a chance to build something in his absence.

First of all thank God LeBron didn't win or that would of been the trifecta of terrible outcomes in sports.

We have 2 more years of prime Simmonds on a steal contract. I think we have a year and a half before we need to consider trading but we could get a lucrative return. Right now we need him he's one our leaders and beat goal producers. I also if we could move Jake I'd be fine with 5 years for Simmonds because he is a leader among other things where Jake unless he really steps up under new coaching seems lost on what to do after he skates the puck with speed up the boards.

Sorry but Kevin Durant being handed an easy championship is one of the worst sports outcomes of a series. Made me angrier than the Pens victory in all honesty.

How was he handed ? He outplayed LeBron in the series. LeBron been handed coast job into the championship for 7 straight years. Sorry the warriors drafted their team and only needed to recruit a whopping 1 player to be the best team in their generation. I guarantee LeBron comes back and jr Smith Kevin love Tristan thompson go and Chris Paul hayward/melo and a big man comes in next year. He will form an even bigger super team just wait.

And now there's talk he wants to bolt to LA if he doesn't see the Cavs being able to make it.

No one outplayed Lebron; he averaged a triple double. Second, Lebron didn't join a super team; he created one in Miami. Miami wasn't coming off a 73 win season, they weren't even considered a title team, until Lebron joined them. Lebron didn't join the Celtics either. Kevin Durant had the easiest job in the world. What pressure is on your back when your passing options are 3 fellow all-stars; 2 being 2 top shooters in the league, and the other being one of the better big men. Durant is soft. And I don't even like Lebron nor Cle.

Funny LeBron vs kd statistics covering each other. Kd had the better games but yes LeBron played great too. You either support LeBron or you support kd. I like the warriors i don't like LeBron. Warriors drafted their team. Kd would still be in Oklahoma city but the front office wouldn't commit to him. He didn't like Westbrook plain simple. Could of moved Westbrook over harden but they made the wrong choice and kd bolted cause the front office valued Westbrook more. Would you have rather him joined Boston? That would of been a joke too especially with brooklyn 2 1sts. Given the opportunity I would of done the exact same thing as kd. I would of moved to the area where endorsement deals are plenty he's the go to go on a championship caliber team and I'm with am organization and teammates who actually value me.

But back to hockey..

Over under 1 traded the flyers make before Friday freeze?

Under, Hextall will be patient until the entry draft.

Then he'll take no prisoners like Chelios attacked Propp again.

No, I am saying Lebon leaving for Miami doesn't compare to KD leaving for GS. IF he went to Boston than its the same in terms of "super team." Cmon man Durant had the Warriors beat with Westbrook and Co BUT blew it themselves blowing a 3-1 lead. So instead of recollecting and realizing we can beat them, he joins them. SOFT. That franchise did everything in their power to sign KD and to make him feel at home. Westbrook wasn't even the issue either for why they lost to the Warriors in that series. Durant was the face of the franchise and had plenty of endorsement deals already set, including his own shoe brand. Theres not beating around the bush, he's soft and arguably ruined the NBA.

Imagine if Iverson left for the Lakers following our loss in the finals to them!

I don't think we make a trade before Friday.

I didn't like him for having a 2-hour show dedicated to him telling people the name of a city.

Then I found out that ESPN approached him about it and agreed to pay an absurd amount of money to his charity for the special.

I still don't like the fact that he had to get carried off the court in the Finals, oddly enough in a game they were losing. But I don't think he's as selfish and egotisical as I once did.

We don't like Laughton.
Weal better not get over 1.5 million. Some find him expendable
We like raffl over Laughton for protection.
Fleury should come here but he agreed to go to Vegas already.
Some stupid beat writer wrote an article stating flyers need to add "beef" to the wings in this draft because it's a "glaring organizational hole"
Some argued over whose worse fans owner pens or caps

normal day.

How is Philly Sports News something we consider as having a beat writer. It's a blog and not a blog like Bill. We don't even known if that clown is credentialed and we have no idea of his or her background/bona fides.

If you hated your co worker and boss and half the people you worked with and got offered a job worth more money (check his financials kd been killing it over in cali salary means little to him) and with tons of people you loved would you go ? Answer is yes. He didn't bolt cause they lost he bolted cause of culture and the people around him. They didn't do everything he wanted Westbrook gone. And he they didn't do it
