Run the Vegas Golden Knights Quick Pick tool.

My first go, Canucks lost Brendan Gaunce

VEGAS GOLDEN KNIGHTS QUICK PICK

Edit: and it took 5 tries before Brendan Gaunce turned into Luca Sbisa

- Bowel-Auger

First try and Sbisa was taken.
Goaltending looks horrendous tho: Subban and Raanta.
12 D taken. Smart little bot.

Why do I need to relax? I can be angry if i choose at the way Canucks are going ass backwards.

I never hear of Shane Doan sitting down conducting interviews Or Jagr. It is unorthodox and I can comment on it all I want.

If Benning is done then that should be the end of it or he has to check with the Sedins to get their blessing?

or they're just gathering multiple opinions before making a decision in isolation...

Sedins likely haven't seen any of these guys play a single minute of hockey though. They should have zero input on the draft. Even the interview process. Vantel is right, it's bizarre and I haven't heard of any other teams doing this.

Seems like a non-story to me.
Having character dudes like Hank and Dank come in and offer an opinion on a young guy is nothing to get worked up about.

If i recall, they called out some youngins that were on the roster a couple years back and they were shipped out shortly after.

Why not have the Sedin's on board earlier, as they are the leaders of the team on the ice. Can't hurt.

It is not a non story. They are suppose to be gone next year . Why are they sitting in?

REBUILD. MOVE ON. Canucks should really look up its true meaning.

Its a character interview. Also the Canucks newish management are clearly innovators.

Probably not.
I imagine (i don't know) that if they were involved in an interview, it would not be to assess talent, but character.

Sedins are of the highest character. Tremendous people. If I was running a business I'd love to have their input in regards to a young kids character. Do we really want another Virtanen?

My guess would be they are sitting in, because management values their opinions and want to hear what they have to say about any potential draft picks.

I wouldn't look to deep into this and say that this means JB and TL need the Sedin's to 'sign off' on a player, just that they are the leaders of the team, are stand up professionals, with great character and community involvement, which is something that management has said they value.

Maybe they're really good at assessing character flaws (as they did call out JV and JM)

You shouldn't be working this closely with 2 of your current players imo. Just my 2 cents.

Chances are the Canucks are probably looking for a team full of humble guys then...imo you need some level of cockiness on the team to succeed..looking at teams like the hawks/kings who have come back form being down in series, they have an arrogance to them.

These kids today forget that you can have a ton skill but this NHL its the highest level.

Even the best players work continuously to get better everyday. Tow the line if you want to stay. It is a privilege.

They are going to be part of the future of the team even when they retire. Get used to it.
