It's a possibility, but (and this is purely speculation) I get the sense that Shero wouldn't be a fan of that. Personally I'm ok with it, but I wouldn't do it lightly. It's a situation where you keep that card in your back pocket unless you absolutely have to play it.

I'd say Shero is probably asking at least a 2nd and A dman plus possibly a prospect? So many variables! It could be a late 1st? Who knows but he's not the same guy that left the nhl, but he can still possibly be a game changer? And he's built like a tank! And it probably won't happen til after the expansion draft imho
