To me they're all issues at this point. Imo it was time to clean house a long time ago and I would think that you would agree with that thought process. I get you like these guys but that's exactly what's wrong with this team. Liking someone and thinking they're doing a great job because you like them doesn't always pan out to positive results. This is a results oriented business and were just not seeing good results.

I'm just unclear what you are asking of the minor league staff.. they get the kids ready to play.. they get called up.. they then get passed onto the nhl staff... strome scored 50 points his rookie year.. is that because of his ahl coach... are his struggles since then because of cairns?? my personal relationship has nothing to do with breaking down my opinions of the staff.. travis harmonic is one of the nicest humans in the game and I gave him an F. I'd like to think I'm honest and fair

Ryan Strome was actually in bdgpt when Thompson was an assistant coach with the Islanders

Minus when he got sent down of course but that's splitting hairs as far as development is concerned.

I'm not going to give Thompson credit for developing strome's 50 point season if he wasn't even his coach in the AHL the year he was there.
I don't think there's even a debate with our prospect development. We haven't had any player that came out of bdgpt that made any kind of real impact with the big club in i cant even remember maybe ever under Thompson's or Cairn's tutelage. If you disagree that's fine but I don't see how? Proof is in the results and they are few and far between to non existent. Let's just agree to disagree.
