Always liked Bouillon. Good for him and the Habs.

Good for the Habs to have somebody that might actually help the kids.

If - and that's obviously a big if - if the Nashville Predators win the Cup, should they give a ring to their former captain Shea Weber and should he also get to see it's name engraved on the Stanley Cup?

He has been captained of the team from 2010 to 2016. One of the biggest name in the franchise history, and he really helped making the sport popular in Nashville. Unfortunately, he has been out of Nashville for a little less than a year now. Do you think he should get his name on the Cup as a recognizition?

It would certainly be a nice gesture.

For reminder, the official rules of the NHL are: 41 games played in the regular season, or one game played in the Stanley Cup finals - but in the past some organizations petitionned to get one of their deserving player a ring.

Discuss.

Ok which one of you dweebs posted that on hfboards?

Pretty sure Mike Fisher bringing the biggest (and hottest) country star to every game in the country music capital is the best player to sell hockey in that market.

This seems fair. Martin Erat should get one too for his long service. Legwand as well for being the first player ever drafted by the Preds.

Subban should not be on it, he's a non factor. If anything put Josi's name twice

I'm fine with Subban having his name on the cup, as long as it's also written down that he's only being used a 3rd or 4th defenseman!

I'd put three footnotes next to his name. One that says he's a 4th defenseman. The second should say that his music is too loud and the 3rd that he slewfoots.

Remember when the habs couldn't score in the playoffs and the solution was to insert Brian Flynn?
