what you mean you dont see the logic in moving high picks and prospects for a 31 year superstar that has never won anything?
- opeth_pa

Never won anything? His team has won 2 straight President's Trophy as well as the CORSI Cup. That's what really matters, everything else is just luck. Go talk to James Tanner, he'll set you straight.

Ovechkin actually scored the tying goal in game 7. The puck just didn't go in the net.

So I guess I'll watch tonight to see if Laviolette continues his Finals trend of throwing his 5-6 D to the wolves while trying to get his top 4 a break.

I need to unfollow the Flyers on there. After every loss it's "trade everyone, strip the C" and my favorite, "fire Clarke"
- hereticpride

I got off every Flyers group there was on Facebook. Its even hard following Bills feed sometimes.

If he goes in the 4th round OB will lose his mind about taking him 3 rounds before they had to.

Both Patrick and Hischier would have to go back to junior if they didn't make the team this year.
- Coleman

i thought Hischier is AHL eligible

No. Whomever said that was corrected. He has to return to the Q if he doesn't make the opening roster.

In order to work up a hatred for the Penguins I'd actually have to give a hoot about them and I just don't. They're not a rival, imho, no matter how hard their fans try to make it so.
- Scoob

Oh, I couldn't disagree more. We entered the league together and we're quickly becoming the little brother by every Cup they win. If the Penguins aren't a rival, outside of the Rangers, please tell me who is. Kinda hard to like a team when they have the league in their back pocket.

In fact, I'm willing to bet the players within the Penguins/Flyers locker room would look at you funny for suggesting other wise. The 70's and 80's are over.

No disrespect intended.

I still don't understand how P.K. was offside. His ENTIRE back foot was behind the line.

How does that make any sense when a teammate, without the puck, only needs a hair of his trailing blade on the line to make the play onsides?

The problem is their becoming New England. Big problem. Sit back in awe instead of vitriol hate. Especially when their minor league teams are running roughshod over ours the only reason being their better coached and managed.

Yes. They are the blueprint. Up and down that organization
