No. See 1993-1994 Vancouver Canucks.

In 2014, all but 6 teams were able to make at least 4 picks before Oskar Lindblom was selected.

However, it is only the Flyers who ever pass up good players in drafts.

I hope this kids showing in SHL translates. I think it will.
He is pretty big and I think after the rookie camps he has taken to heart areas to improve. So glad we actually have a bit of stuff to talk about in the dog days of summer.
