We are not a 12 shot team even against a team with Nashvilles defense.

Maybe Renne is broken. So that could be a positive.

Stole a win. I think we got the best of the officiating. I do think he was offsides, but still just barely.

We won't win the cup playing like this, but I do think we play better in the future.

Our defense shouldn't struggle in this series. They do not need to cover a lot of high skilled forwards.

It's been said for the last 3 (including this) rounds that the pens can't win like this. But I say that's wrong.

As long as they keep putting the pucks in, the Pens have got this.

Trust the results ((frank) the process!)

I don't think Murray did bad.... point blank shot after a bad giveaway for that 3rd goal... 1st goal I don't know what you can do on that besides just happening to have a body part where the puck squeezes through at. 2nd goal... lucky deflection for them to go in.

We need to buckle down on the PK a lot better, but I don't know if I'd call any of those goals soft on Murray. First one was the only savable one without huge luck on his part.

Very mediocre. He did let 4 by him...and I didn't love his position in the net on 3..even tho one didn't count. He got beat clean on that neal post. A couple he seemed not to track well and kinda "tannered" out the save. I think he can and will be better.

Yohe did say Nashville got away with 3 flagrant penalties in the second. Not sure how accurate that is. Also said malkin was interred with before slashing penalty.

But once the Refs helped us to a 1-0 lead instead of 0-1 (a 5 on 3 2 min power play is basically giving a goal) then you know they are not going to give you a pk call until they even things out some.

Call Jake Guentzel the janitor because he pulled that game right out of the toilet.

Sitting on leads is not Penguins hockey. That is low talent Ottawa $hit.

I know the defence is Martins call but is he blind? Hainsy is a liability every time he is on the ice.

Rinne's save pct has taken a huge hit after this game. .600 is no way to get it done.

The Penguins look tired. They have played a ton of hockey in the last 14 months and it is starting to show.

Subban really is a world class ahole.

I wander if Murray was hurt and didn't want to give up the net. His play wasn't good at all. He looked slow moving around.

Murray was fine. Even the game tying goal where Daley tripped Maatta and took both of them out of the play was not his fault.

They got away with a ton of holding Crosby, but the most blatant infraction was Rust getting his teeth knocked out. He of course was bleeding. That's an automatic 4 minutes.

Everyone is a liability on that defense. Maatta was supposed to be a second letang but instead he has played like a 6th dman. Daley has looked out of place most of the postseason. Hainsey is just awful and has always been. Schultz is solid offensively but we all know his defensive game isn't good. Cole is steady but should never play top 4 minutes. Dumo has been the best all around dman
