Remember all the comments like the above I took a few years ago, when I was telling you guys that the only thing which made sense was the Luongo and Kesler had asked for trades - and roughly 100% of the people here (and on Reddit) attacked me constantly for literally years, claiming that Luongo and Kesler were above reproach and would NEVER in a million years do that to us? Well, how'd that work out for you guys?
I can remember taking all sorts of flames in 2006 and 2007 too, when I told Canucks fans that Burrows was one day going to be a top-line offensive star in the NHL. Oh yeah, and when I told you guys that Nonis was utterly incompetent and needed to go - it was everyone against me again. Well, until he got fired a month or two later, anyways.
You guys keep attacking me - but, I'm the one with the long and storied history of being prescient. Not you... - stringerbell
Wow, you actually responded to a post, this is a good first step.
Now let's discuss your unique ability to predict future events, let's say you are correct and you correctly predicted the future of the canucks..Nonis, Gillis, Calgary's fortunes...whatever. And you seem to think people poop on you because of this unique ability you have, where you tried to fore warn people of the coming fortunes...good or bad.
So out of this poor treatment you received you created an account with Hockeybuzz a year and a half ago and decided that you are so scared from your previous experience, you would come to Carols blog and vent your displeasure here.
News flash stringerbell, there are several here that are not completely taken with several moves by this club/management, but we stick around to have engaging conversations, or discuss why our thought processes are this way or that.
Can you see what I'm trying to convey, coming in and making derogatory comments only pisses people off if you don't stick around to defend them. |

There's a special place for you in my heart.
I'm sorry I have a cynical take on things at times, maybe it's my prescient abilities.. |

does prescient mean full of poop?

Imagine only knowing Nonis sucked for a month or two before he got canned? Yeesh. |

Classic movie... too bad they're going to ruin it with a remake...
How come Michael Dipietro didn't win Mem Cup MVP?
Solid every game, basically stole both of them from Erie... I don't get these MVPs sometimes. Why give MVP to a player on a losing team? Most valuable loser? |

No kidding!
Strome's linemates had just as many points as he did.
Bracco would have been my second choice.
Dipietro ranked 4th in NA goalies. I bet he is first or second goalie taken in the draft. Probably early second round. |

Missed both Erie-Windsor games. How did Vilardi look and who did they have him playing against? |

He assisted on 6 of 8 goals in both games. Once he got down low Erie couldn't handle him. Didn't really notice who he was playing against.
Erie has poop D.
If Vilardi could skate a bit better and was more physical. Clone of Ryan Getzlaf. IMO. |

Usually you and I don't see eye to eye on Vilardi, but he impressed me more than ever in this tourney.
I don't think he's physical like Getzlaf, but he can protect the puck like nobodys business. He reminds me more of Spezza back in his prime. |

I wonder if we will hear a Rocky Thompson and Miller announcement today |
