For sure you need lots of picks outside of the first to work, Ottawa and Nashville have drafted very well.

Amen, and that goes for others that feel the need

Just load up on dmen who can transition the puck and centers. Everything else doesnt matter nearly as much. But tough to do when your management group annoys one of your better dmen prospect and refuses to make changes for the better of the team.
