I would say 30-40% of the reason I have season tickets to the Bruins is for when they make it to the playoffs. Especially a ECF run. Otherwise they're tough to come by money wise.

I remember in 2011, before I had my chairs, the only playoff game I went to was game 5 of the ECF against Tampa (the one where Seguin had his coming out party). I had to buy them on the secondary market. They were last row balcony on the end behind the net where the Bruins shot once and they were about 300$ a piece. I was in college so I knew I can only afford one game and that was the last game before a possible game 7 ECF or the cup, where I would've been priced out
