I don't think he's exciting by anyone's standards. He is another zero experience hack plus i could never stand the guy.

Well you never know who will be good, some great coaches played lime 100 or less nhl games and 99 couldn't coach for poop. No idea what to think about gomez

Same here. Could work out well or bad. PP cannot get any worse. I'm more worried about Garth than the PP coach. The PP should improve alone by Pulock being on the team.

True Upstate. Just have to think Pulock will be on the team all year. My point is this season will come down to what Garth does this offseason and how Weight coaches. I just cannot worry about the PP coach.

yes big picture you are correct its all on garth. still if the power play wasn't an abortion they probably would have a few more wins or even ties to make playoffs

Lack of PP hurt no question. Good news Isles can really help it by using Pulock. I just have too much to worry about with Garth and I do not have the energy to worry about Gomez as PP coach. I need to pick my spots.

I must say at least Richardson has a good track record. I like adding Buchberger as well. Seems at least better than most of the hires.

Did you see all the goals when the teams played each other in meaningful world championship games? 2 1 Canada over Germany and oh yea Nelson and team us a 2 0 loss to fins. 20 shots, must be all the passing lanes threw them off

Dude there is no way it's easier to defend a bigger ice surface we will agree to disagree on this. I asked a world class player that question the other day who played in the olympics and is probably a top 100 player all time in the NHL and he said it was the stupidest thing he's ever heard. But again we will agree to disagree on that.

2 years with sens then 4 years down here then a year off and coached team Canada at Spengler cup. Some of the reason he was down here is be lost a daughter and the other went to Cornell and played d 1 so he was close to her (40 min)
