I don't think the Isles need to add to that. He could maybe ask for a B-level prospect if Mayfield doesn't do it for him, but if I'm Snow I'm not adding more assets. That's a generous offer for taking back a garbage contract like Garrison.

Heddy is paired with Stralman. I dont see a connection there, but Edler has played well this wc. Havent been to sold on him last couple of years.

Ohland worked out for you guys. Helped Herman. Edler is supposed to be better. Didn't see him paired necessarily with him. But your top 4 would be better. Last 2 years Edler had couple of bad luck injuries that don't effect his future play. Plus the Canucks have sucked bad so hard to shine on that team.

Yeah Liljegren sucks. He was only the 2nd rated prospect before the year started and he struggled due to mono. Tanev and Edler suck.

The Wild have to go to a 7-3-1 expansion model to protect Nino, Granlund, Coyle and they have 5 top 4 defenders. They are going to have to move 2 of them or pay a ransom to Vegas to leave 1 alone and still trade 1.

They are the ideal trading partner for the Lightning in the fact they also have I think a cap situation that is probably worse then the Lightnings. They really can't take on a large contract like a Johnson or Drouin might want.

What would it take to get either Brodin or Dumba?

I can't complain about Burrows so far. He's doing exactly what we hoped for, fair price.

Yeah he worked out 1/3 of his contract until his kneecaps bought a condo on Robidas Island. We dont really need a veteran mentor, have enough of those.

I dont see the west/Van very much more then highlights, but from the small sample i have seen of Edler I see big regression. Injurys have surely played its part. As I said, impressed with him in WC, but he would not be my first choice. VAN can retain some salary though and make it a smart move cap wise.

Send the 14th and a Prospect to Minn. for Dumba or Brodin and give Vegas a 2nd or 3rd rounder this year to take a bad contract in the expansion so we can get closer to getting out of cap hell. I mean we have 2 2nd round picks this year and the cap relief is worth more to the team right now then what is projected to come out of the second round in this years draft.
