So ek has galchenyuk to the rags. I assume Julien wants a power forward and bigger stay at home dmen.

Nash, kreider, staal and giradi. Wouldn’t at all be surprised if they habs were actually looking at these guys.

Rags might take bergy to the cleaners.

So, unsold seats means a sellout?
Keep buying into the stupidity.

Unsold seats? It was a sell out you dumbass, that's what we're talking about—not extra standing room or seats they add in the hopes of price gouging fans lol... Are all laff fans as dumb as you...?

The fact this is reported by Eklund makes me pretty confident it will never happen.

If history of trades between the Habs and Rangers have told us anything.

It's that it should end up either Sergachev for Stepan or Scherbak for Rick Nash.

"But let's face it, if Montreal refuses to give their star d-man any assurances the chances are good that someone will put forth a pretty significant offer, be it Vancouver, LA, Dallas, Chicago, Philly, or Tampa. "

He was traded to Nashville.

He might be right again about Galchenyuk being traded.

But since it's most likely coming out of his ass, I wouldn't bet on it.

Reading the comments on the Subban rumor, knowing what happened after... is kinda funny.

Actually, I was born in Toronto... and now live an hour west of tornoto... Funny, the last time I checked, his own party was denying him the ability to pass some of his bills. I hope he does stay in office, that way the world can continue to see how blatantly stupid the alt left have become... With any luck they'll burn a few more universities down .

Rather vile and repulsive philosophy, glad you no longer pollute the streets of this fine city nor the minds of it's people. Enjoy the Senaturds - I bet your favorite players are Neil and Smith.

Memo to Bergevin, quick lock up Price and Markov long term, whatever the cost.

sad if people die by suicide.

however, today approx. 21000 people died worldwide due to famine/hunger.
when you add in other poverty related causes of death (Tuberculosis, HIV/Aids, Diarrhea, Pneumonia etc.), that goes up to approx 45000-60000 deaths a day.
(approx 22000-25000 of those are infants/children)

can't help to feel more sorry for all those people that died today and will die tomorrow because of poverty, than for a guy that fell victim to a mental disease (or whatever the sado cause for his suicide) at the age of 52..

Not saying he necessarily had a happy life, but just wanted to put some perspective in the discussion.

Markov will get a 1yr deal after the expansion draft, Price it's a bit more complicated but I expect a contract extension later this summer.

Price will get a very long term contract at around 8,5M per year.

Markov will get 2 years at 4M.

That'd be my guess.
