Game 7 the 2nd and 3rd periods were flat out embarassing for their offense, but yeah I think everyone expected Holtby to be better.

I got a little annoyed with those tards on TV talking about David Poile, the guy has NEVER drafted a number one center in 35 years, you can't be a good GM and have that on your plate.

Exactly, he traded for one. You don't have to draft every piece, building tradeable assets is a huge part of his job. For a guy that has never once been aloud to spend to the cap, it's pretty impressive what he's done. If this team actually spends to the cap, gets another scoring threat, they are going to be even more unreal.

I would love this move. Really like Pettersson, plays center and LW, which we need both. Pick d at 33 and we've got some great pieces. I'd also be into A.Nylander, and fully expect people to not like this idea
