I believe it's one or the other as they can't protect both from Vegas. Plus contract cap issue to sign.

Like the idea to see if we can get who they are willing to give up. Their choice is take a protected player like you said or make deal with Vegas. I'd rather we package Subban instead of Hutton though if we got them desperate on all or nothing.
