Looking forward to seeing Kiss at Seneca Casino in August. Going to the meet and greet as well.
- Matthews_Auston

I have a $100,000 KISS collection and there is no way I'm paying 2500 for a meet and greet.

Seen them a few times!
Good band live, but they overprice their tickets now to the point of ridiculousness...
like over $50

F that
I pay $100 for my weekend RiotFest ticket & see 10-15 bands each day!

Hot take: Kurt Cobain is one of the greatest songwriters of all time
- chilliard77

He was. He knew the formula of making a catchy tune. Listening to their 3 studio albums and incestide, one can imagine almost all of the songs being radio friendly.

Nirvana was super overrated imo
Sorry hardcore fans...

He could even take average songs and cover them and make them great. And he alone wrote 99% of the music. These days most songs are written by committee

They weren't the most talented or the best, but Kurt could write a hell of a song. That's what made them so great.

Yeah, no doubt. Even non fans can catch themselves humming along
When they are played in the back ground. I wonder if young kids dig Nirvana/Soundgounden like dudes like me in my 40's like Sabbath and Led Zep?

That's not necessarily true. Lots of bands are run by a single visionary songwriter that rules with an iron fist. It's not uncommon at all.

From my experience (plenty of younger nephews, nieces & cousins)...
Nirvana is mildly popular with teens today
Soundgarden not so much
