Does anyone have hopes of Laughton becoming anything more then a tweener at this point? I would offer vegas Laughton just to take AMAC.

I understand the doubts concerning Laughton but it is not too late for him to develop into an NHL player. I see absolutely no reason at this point in time to give up any significant future asset to move MacDonald. They don't need to do that right now.

Can we please put to bed the hopes that Vegas will take AMac? They aren't going to just bend over for the established teams.

I don't think he is a tweeter yet. He may not have a shot with the Flyers and if that is the case Hexy should trade him this summer. Better to recoup a draft pick now. Tye McGinn got a 3rd rounder as an example. Another full year in the AHL, then he has very little value.

Current roster makeup it is the wrong assumption.

If kids come in and force Hextall and Hakstol's hands by playing better than him that assumption can change.

Compared to other defensemen already on the roster, yeah, I guess Hak doesn't hate AMac.

At that point all you have to do is make the money work. Whether it is retained salary or taking on other contracts. The contract still blows goats. Salary is now higher than his cap hit. The entire cap structure for the Flyers allows them to deal with the contract with minimal impact, if they choose

with the way the flyers defense will look next year they need stability in goal and not average or slightly above average goaltending if they want to make the playoffs.

There's a part of me that thinks MDZ in Vegas won't end well for a variety of reasons.

Is anybody have one/both of these issues:

- Page scrolling not working (having the page get stuck at the top/bottom)
- Replies not posting the first time (getting kicked back to the reply page when posting)

The page getting stuck at the top or bottom is when that damn snickers commercial is playing. The browser doesn't let you scroll away from the ad while its playing, then when the ad ends, it loads in a different spot on the page and you're stuck in an endless loop of the video ad beginning and keeping itself on the screen. I've been clicking report ad every time it pops up and am about to install an ad blocker for chrome.
