Del zotto seems as if he gets it sometimes. Maybe at 27 he will finally get it. A cheap 1.5-2 for 1 year and straight flip at the deadline. Polak experienced and again a simple flip at the trade deadline.

JB is learning, may take him a bit more time but he seems to get it. Didn't start the rebuild after year 1. Didn't trade away after year 2. Year 3 traded away at TDL and used the word rebuild. His progression seems to be headed for signing low rent FA's and then flipping them.
