I like this assessment, honestly think there are so many centers in the top10 that I have a hard time picking d at 5 if I'm JB. Also, I can't imagine Colorado , whose one and only strength is up the middle, picks a center. I think we end up with Viliardi or Glass, I'd be very happy with either.

You and your feelings

In five years, there will be at least 5 or 6 all-stars and 10-20 regular lineup regulars out of the first two rounds. It's not a strong draft, but it's still an NHL draft and the talent level is sneakily high with these young kids in any year. I just hope we land 2 out of the 10-20, 5 and 33 give us a really good shot. I agree, I would not trade down and hope JB does not.

Why am I not surprised that Jays fans would be all pumped about sweeping a series against 3 random AAA spot starters & the 6th guy in our rotation vs your best 3 pitchers & Biagini... Oh well, congrats on pulling even with us in the wild card race @ 17-21. Better build up a bit of a lead while our entire rotation's on the disabled list.
