Is that yours or your guess @ Benning's?

Sort of both except Makar i could take over Heiskanen.
I ignore top 2 picks actually as they r gone when we pick.

I'd be happy with Mittelstadt if available or Glass.
With Heiskanen rocketing up the list & Makar is a PP QB.
If JB sees D our need/BPA thats fine also.

No interest in Vilardi or Rasmussen.
V played wing all year & idc for one with our 1st.
Rasmussen 5v5 points r a red flag.

Really high on Petersen if we can get another 1st somehow

- Nighthawk

While you were away, an article was out about Mittlestadt not scoring 5v5 and points coming on PP.
He has some warts as well.
Or are you ok with a player that needs to be on PP, in order to get his points, in what is deemed a llesser league than what Rasmussen plays in?

A C playing W is easy. Wing is the easiest position on the ice.
- Nighthawk

Why I wouldn't mind Canucks load up on Centers and use whomever as need be later on. It would be nice to add C with size as well as speed and skill.

Yeah sounds good. I would add about Rasmussen, it's how DCT puts it his skill set, in how he got those points on PP and not necessarily that's where he did, which is a concern.

I'll take Mittelstadt over Rasmussen anyday as i've said for months.
I want a playmaker.

Sure. JB has opportunity in this draft. If you just take where they are picking in 1st and 2nd rounds they could add Glass and Mattheos that have all three qualities. Maybe both or the later plays wing at NHL level but they are C's either way. Depends on roster at time who's available and can do better playing there. But at least you got options. Right?

I think Mittelstadt will be gone.
Glass prolly is ours unless JB likes D.
2nd round i feel good about a good prospect falling to us.
Not likely a D but it would be nice if 1 did. Thats my next focus.
The CBJ 2nd & our 3rd is where it gets interesting & no clue at those picks who we might get or is available. I will research those picks soon.

I'm predicting Vilardi to drop

I don't know. I think Dallas and Colorado are going to take defence.

If they don't I think JB goes for a defence man again.

I said this yesterday, as a possibility, to Neems who outright rejected it as even possible wanting to place a bet. Yet you had quite the adverse reaction to it then.

I agree unless the Av's get a good D for Duchene then its up in the air.
Possibly Heiskanen to the Stars is my guess.

If hes taking D, id hope he goes with Lilegjrin, I have no confidence at all in Makar, playing in a weak league,, so if their would be one bust in the top ten could see it being him

Flyers Nico
Stars Heiskanen
Av's Mittelstadt
Canucks Glass
LVGK Makar
Coyotes Liljgren
Sabres Vilardi
Wings Hague
Panthers Tippet
LAK Petersen/Necas

That seems to make the most sense to me but just a prediction after all

Junior A leagues do bring nervousness but both the BCJHL & AJHL have made strides. Watching Makar a bit makes me totally fine with him going top 5-8. His skating is excellent which translates well in any league. His size is always gonna be his knock. His offensive skills r very high & the fact he is gone to college for 1 year is a good thing. Expect him to be in the AHL after that for more seasoning. Idk but maybe he stays 2yrs at UMass.

Who likes a D that skates like Keith?
Where do we find a PP QB if we don't draft 1?

Here's a philosophical Q... Does our future PP QB have to be a Dman? Mittelstadt could technically "QB" a PP from the left wall, create tons of space with his creativity & mobility & feed (literally) anyone on the ice with a perfect saucer pass. Maybe better value could be had targeting a top 4 Dman with a cannon later on, rather than cross our fingers hoping that one of these guys is the next Karlsson. Pettersson's also fully capable of that half wall PP QB role.

That's a good point on PP QB. I like Hague for the D cannon if JB can find a way to grab him.

No it does not have to be a D but scoring from D is our big problem.
We have lots of work to do yet & how it gets done can be done in different ways.
TRading for another 1st could change everything.
Next draft also makes for more possibilities.

I miss nothing. I will continue to be a relentless Richardinson until you stop your BS. You sometimes have good talk, but you are a POS if someone disagrees with you. I can play your idiotic effen game.
Quit thinking people are always against and think....hey maybe I, meaning you, are the problem. This used to be a good site. I observed for well over a year before joining.
Let's try to regain that. If you recall I called you out late November/ early December. You improve for short periods, then fack up for long stretches.
Get along, don't respond to every effen comment and show respect to the people that post here, whether you agree with them or not.
It will make for a much more enjoyable place for all of us.
Maybe you should proofread your work sometimes and speak as though talking to a layman.
Lastly, if someone is trolling you it is for a reason, usually because of your troll like and combative responses.
You have a choice, have me ridicule your every comment, in some way, or get along and follow some or all of my suggestions.

My apologies to all for such a lengthy post, but hopefully this will help make this place better again.
