Maybe if they traded Stepan they would look at someone like Oshie to replace him. I didn't realize Oshie was a Center, always thought he was a winger

yeah, trade Stepan in a Gomez like trade that acquires some youth and potential, free up that money to make a different move, like they signed Gaborik after that move

Morning boys. I am going to try and get a blog up on the breakup day comments from the players and AV with my thoughts. I will admit though that Larry Brooks' comments about needing type-A personality on the ice and in the locker may be fairly spot on. That's not a dig at what they have, but they are moire quiet or lead by example leaders. You do need someone who can get up in people's faces. But we saw what the reaction was when Stepan did it in Game 6, wonder what the feel would be if they had someone who did that to others as a Type-A personality?
