Refs said he was pushed in. Which he obviously was. But he didn't make any attempt to get back up and out of the way after that. Should have been called off.

What exactly was he supposed to do? When the shot was taken his head was being smushed between Nurse and Talbot's arms, Nurse was over top of him for the majority of the play too. Kesler's hand was on his stick, he didn't so much pull open Talbot's leg as stop it from going with the rest of Talbot, but that's Nurse's fault, not Kesler's. |

"We complained, but like you guys totally complain worse"
I bet you actually believe this bias nonsense too.
End of the day the oilers shouldn'tve blown that lead . But the fact remains that kesler interfered with talbot. Intentionally. Ie; No goal.
But whatever, they miss calls all the time. I'll accept it.
But your desperation to make yourself feel better about the flames getting swept is too funny. I'm generally not interested in kicking fans when they're down, but in your case, I'll make an exception.
There's zero comparison between our two teams. We swept you this season, and you you got swept by the ducks. Couldn't even manage to take 1 game.
If you have something Of value to say, cool. Otherwise, run along cause the oilers are FAR better than the flames. There's no parallels to be made. I can almost taste your jealousy of the oilers success this season. Tastes good actually - HB77
Yeah, because the Oilers have been so much better over the years. One good season and your chest puffs out like an alpha gorilla and you have to brag?
Prior to this season, what was the Oilers record vs. the flames for the past 10 YEARS?! 36 wins for Calgary, just 21 for Edmonton. (including this season's 4 wins)
It was a goal. Kesler was put into the goal crease by Nurse, he was just trying to get out... Hate the ducks equally but I really hope they beat these talented yet pathetic heartless oilers. |

This thread is a prime example of what's wrong with the league's rules on interference. The guidelines need to be more precise; it's too subjective right now. |

Tough day to be an Oilers fan. That is goaltender interference all day during the regular season. I absolutely don't want to see Edmonton win but IMO that should have been no goal. |

If you saw my other posts I agree let the refs call it. I'm not one of the oilers fans crying over it. They should not have even let it get to that.
Move on. Next game. |

Lucychiklet and kantseeum between them the iq of an oil rig are shining examples of this team. You have a group of 2nd rate bashers who, because of McDatta, think they are stars.
With a little growing up you could have one hell of a team and perhaps next year....? Kassim, I think will be very good someday but Lucic is and will be a bum. |

Agreed.
Would have been a no issue going the other way.

Sure, the flames used to be better.
Anyways, I'm not interested in debating the merits of the goal any longer. It's done with . But your final paragraph is both stupid and wrong |

I agree. Kessler is a dirt bag like the rest of the Ducks, except for Eaves. |
