So the thought process here is the Sabres hiring Botterill would change the dynamic somehow of the Capitals-Pens series, the Penguins would lose their focus because the assistant GM took a job with another team

I agree that was weird, but he is way better connected than Harrington. So I think he knows but can't say anything.

I dont believe hes nearly as connected as he's convinced his twitter followers. He's usually either piggybacking someone elses report (i agree with dreger my sources also say its "clogged", the (frank) you talking about the executive toilet? come up with your own info) OR he says things like "for what its worth" and "only thing ill say" and then toss out some extremely vague phrase that can apply to literally anything.

In the slop all bets are off, but i like McCracken. Thunder Snow as a long shot. And, I would not count out Royal Mo as another long shot, his father Uncle Mo was my derby favorite 7-8 years ago but injury kept him from the race. He was an awesome horse.
