The entire industry is regulated, every barn, every track. Spot inspections are done routinely on every barn, every horse. There will always be jerks who do bad things, but they are, and have been being caught, and have been banned from the sport. And, yes, every trainer is licensed and has to comply to the rules or face the consequences.

You don't like horse racing and that fine, it get that. But, you are refusing to accept the facts based on no evidence on your part of the argument. You simply just BELIEVE that bad things are happening everywhere without any proof to back that theory up.

You can believe whatever you like, but in this case, you're simply full of chit.
