It will depend on results.

Since he came on board, the team has done relatively well (finishing first in the Atlantic like 3 times) but playoff success has been limited and the main weakness of the team (scoring some (frank)ing goals) has not been addressed yet.

I feel like as long as the team makes the playoffs and remains competitive.... he'll be around for a while. One or two quick first round exit/missing the playoffs might get him fired especially if the problem remains the same for the team.

I would guess that how well Bergevin handles the Carey Price contract going forward will determine how long he lasts. That and how much he overpays Radulov and Markov.

I want Radulov on the Leafs. He'd be great on the 2/3 line.

He will not overpay Markov, won't need to. Markov will finish his career in Montreal.

As for Radulov... time will tell.

Cause PK will play in Canada?

Meh..

I wouldn't be surprised to see Perry and Getzlaf raise it again. But if they can't do it this year they won't do it again.. they game is changing too quickly.

I know.

But I feel like his style would be hard to maintain long term. He's in his 30's isn't he?

He's 29 or 30.

And his style isn't that hard to maintain for a long time.... he's not the crash and bang type... he protects the puck like few players can and make very good plays happen.

Kinda like a slower version of Jagr actually.
