No of course not, but the Devils drafted JJ first round because he was drawing comparisons to Zetterberg. He broke his arm and his collar in his first couple of years in majors and not playing that much hockey during those years might have hurt his development.

Just for a year till we move Zajac Naw he was not half bad this year.

Button has us taking Hischnier but I really hope we get Patrick. He says that Patrick is perfect for the flyers because of Provorov but I guess he forgot we have Quennville. I think if there was a clear 1 and 1b that he would still say the 1b was perfect for us and the 1 perfect for the second team lol

Reports are saying shero reaching out to kovalchuks agent next week

If we can get kovy on a short contract that can help shore up some offense, just need to work on defense and have Schneider bounce back and we could be in good shape

Yeah for all we were talking about... Shero said after draft lottery that he can't be signed until July 1 so trade options are pretty much absent until after the craziness of xpac draft and nhl draft

Wow you guys are a bunch of buzzkills, we just won the rights to draft a guy who as a 17 year old had 41 goals and 102 points, then dominated in the playoffs, played well internationally, fits in with Zacha/McLeod as having ideal size and speed and you guys are upset because he's not Matthews?

He had a sports hernia, he's not in a wheel chair.
