I'm don't think so. For him to be effective he needs to be paired with two shoot first players. Bailey will always look to pass first (and second, and sometimes third). Besides if the Islanders iced a line with Bailey and Nelson I think Ses would explode. - JimmyP
Jimmy.
Bailey and Nelson together would kill me. I grew up watching Gillies, Tonelli and Sutter brothers type players. I cannot handle softies. |

Excuse me, I meant to say, "Congressman Jonah Ryan." Yeah, the whole show is well-written, and you have to pay close attention to get all the jokes.......no laugh track to help there. |

So long ago.... I don't even remember whom they were playing... - JohnScammo
Was it the Caps?
I was right according to Wiki.
Despite not being a major goal scorer, with only 17 career goals across 575 NHL matches, he did score a hat trick against the Washington Capitals, in a 5-3 Islanders win at the Capital Centre on October 20, 1989.[1] He was nicknamed "Mick the Quick" and "Mickster". |

Could be. If it was the Caps, it was probably the post-Scott Stevens Caps. Or maybe it was a western team? They weren't famous for playing a lot of D back then....
Edit: I saw your edit. 1989 was quite a while ago.... |

It was the Caps. You missed my update. It was in 1989. Think Stevens was still on the team? He must have been hurt. I thought I was in a AU world when I watched that game. |

The only thing remotely comparable in modern times is when they called up Micheal Haley to beat up some Penguins in that legendary game, and he scored a goal, too. |

Of course he is. It's what he does. Slams 8 or 9 beers, comes in here and starts a-stirrin'. - Isleshockeyman

Before the game, obviously. |
