I've been banned 3 times last 3 weeks. Only from 8 hours up to 5 days, but it's been for bs reasons. I've mailed with CaptEO and got it down to 0, 4 hours and 2 days.
I'd say if I got 2 days, Burton should've been banned for 2000 years
