Why would I start the post with sheesh. Everyone is so uptight and serious even in a dead time we can't have fun and play with things to lighten the dark times we are in.

That said so many things we do here sound outrageous and gets nutty from trade or bench the Sedins to fire the owner and only then we'll get change. Those daily posts are serious and so I can see the sarcasm meter has risen to pontification and attack reactions

I think there has to be more to it than trading skills for skills. Maybe oiler management thought there would be too many chefs and not enough cooks when they added McDavid? I think there has to be some politics influencing the decision to trade Hall.
