More or less i was comparing Foote to a better Brandon Carlo, Carlo dropped down to the second round, and he was a good for boston. Ideally yes we could use a second pick to draft Glass probably between 8-12, but id much prefure patrick/nico/vilardi/mittlestadt over a dman in this draft

Yeah, he's pretty raw but he's in the same athleticism boat as Mack & TJ Watt... 12 TFL, 8.5 sacks in only 8 games last year.

I still don't think there is any such thing as a NHL coach that doesn't work well with youth. I think the reasons why a coach chooses not to play youth or has a reputation of being a "veteran players coach" has more to do with off-ice pressures and inside politics. Rather than being a coach that dislikes or mistrusts youth.

Again also mentioning 1-2 could possibly step in to the NHL this year. Playmaking center or top pairing PP defensemen. I'd link the interview but I saw it on Facebook posted about 40 minutes ago.

That said you never know the value, after EVERYONE, especially your so called realistic knowledge, completely underestimated what JB got for Burr and Hansen.

that's my fear as well...but, Benning puts a lot of weight on international competition and Heiskanen was great and Liljegren was brutal. Hopefully they no longer view Liljegren as a top 10 pick.

What about Nolan Foote he's 2019 eligible. Already scoring at .75 ppg in the WHL. 6'3 177 lbs already.
